Gallatin County D's Up

It will go down as one of the greatest defensive performance's in the history of Gallatin County (1-0) The Wildcats shutout Ludlow (0-0) 41-0 in their 2013 opener. "We have had shutouts before, although not often enough. Our defense did an excellent job on Friday. We held them to only 17 yards rushing and 36 yards passing for the game" head coached Tim Browning stated.

It was a team effort as Brennan Bishop led the Wildcats with seven tackles. Brady Carlton, Chris Cunningham, Michael Gaunt, and Jacob Tunstall all had sacks. Nate McCoy had an interception with three pass break ups. Romen Orr had two tackles for losses.

Gallatin County will take on Harrison County (1-0) at Grant County High School on Saturday evening.
