La Salle 56, Harrison 24

La Salle advanced in the Division II, Region 6 playoffs on Friday, cruising to a 56-24 win over Harrison at Hamilton High School.

The Lancers' offense dominated with 514 rushing yards, including a 304-yard, five-touchdown performance by junior Jeremy Larkin. Larkin’s 304 yards were more yards than the entire Harrison offense accumulated throughout the night.

Larkin also had a 76-yard touchdown run, tied for his longest run of the season.

Jarell White also added 117 yards for the Lancers on the ground, averaging 10.6 yards per carrying. White ended the night with one touchdown.

Harrison was led by quarterback Jake Weber, who threw for 272 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing three interceptions.

With the win, top-seeded La Salle (11-1) will face second-seeded Mt. Healthy (12-0) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, at a site yet to be determined.
